What is idle time and how does it work?

Photobooth idle time refers to the period during an event when the photobooth is set up and ready but not actively in use by guests. This time is often scheduled to accommodate specific event needs, such as during speeches, dinner, or other activities when the photobooth might not be the focus. For example, you want the photo booth open during cocktail hour and after dinner but closed during dinner service at a wedding. An idle time is billed at $50 for that hour.

Does the photobooth need an outlet?

Yes. We require an outlet that is 3-pronged. If there isn’t an outlet, we will charge $50 to bring a power bank.

How much space do you need for the setup?

Typically, we need a space of 8×8 feet for the setup including backdrop, selfie booth machine and table with props. However, if you don’t require a backdrop, we can fit into a smaller area of around 4×4 feet.

What if my event is outdoors?

In order to have our photobooth outside, we will need to have a canopy set up for an additional fee. This will protect the machine from the heat and will ensure that the quality of photos is still top tier.

What time do you arrive for setup?

We aim to arrive 1 hour before the start time to set up and test the booth.

Do you have a contract?

Yes. Contracts and invoices will be sent via email once you book online.

Do you have a deposit and is it refundable?

In order to reserve your photobooth session, a non-refundable deposit $150 must be made. All remaining balances are due 7 days prior to the event date.

When will I receive my photo booth photos from my event?

We will send out a link with your event photos within 5 business days, or at least by the following Friday after your event. Photobooth links will be live up to 3 months after the event. USB Drives (additional fee) will be sent 3 weeks after the event.

What if my event date changes?

Check back with us on the new event date for availability. We will do our best to accommodate the change of dates. Dates may not be changed within 14 days of the event. Please note the deposit made is non-refundable.

What if I would like to use my own backdrop?

You are more than welcome to use your own backdrop! Backdrops must be set before we arrive as we are unable to set up unfamiliar equipment.
